Product Pricing & Policies

Every effort is made to offer competitive pricing on all of our products. This product list should be used as an estimating guideline. For large quantities please call our Sales department.

• Return Policy
  All returns must be made within thirty days of date of purchase.
  No returns on special ordered products.
  No returns will be allowed without the original sales receipt.
  We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returned products.
  All products must be returned in a clean, dry condition in the original packaging.
  Returns on credit card purchases will be applied to the credit card account.
  No returns can be made on check payments until the original check clears our account.
  All check refunds will be done within 5 working days after the check clears.
  Refunds on cash payments larger than 50 dollars will be made by check within 5 working days.


• Billing:
  No sales tax on lumber picked up at our warehouse in New Hampshire. All other states are subject to their respective sales tax. All pickups and deliveries are C.O.D. unless credit has been pre-approved with our accounting department.
