Hamilton Grange National Memorial is a National Park Service site in New York City that preserves the early 19th-century home of American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton. The Hamilton Grange was built in 1802 and has been relocated twice over the past two centuries. The most recent relocation placed the Grange in St. Nicholas Park where it is being restored to its original design. Feuer Lumber had the opportunity to manufacture the handrail for the main staircase inside the home.
Feuer lumber company was recently given the opportunity to supply materials at Canobie lake park in Salem, N.H. for the construction of their new roller coaster “UNTAMED”. The coaster station features rustic, Adirondack-style design, and the coaster supports resemble birch tree logs. The timbers are Douglas Fir and the roof planks that you can see on the ceilings are 2" x 8" rough sawn spruce.
This is an example of our 5 /8" x 6" fir bead board. Here it is used on the ceiling of this portico.
In this project the customer wanted tongue & groove pine, but did not want the rustic look of #2. So instead we ran a clear tongue & groove out of Eastern White Pine.
These are pictures of a garage project using our trim and Anderson windows. The windows are clad in green with the grills between the glass.
